How We Think About the Work
We are not a product vendor. The work starts from the business problem, then the technology and the people required to solve it. That can mean a new implementation, a stalled environment, an independent review, or training for the team that will run identity.
Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of delivery. The aim is a platform and a team that can keep operating after we leave.
