IAMxID provides Identity and Access Management consulting, implementation, recovery, advisory, and training. It is the registered trade name of AG Pathways LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit iamxid.org or iamxid.com, contact us, join an eBook waitlist, subscribe to communications, or enquire about our services. It applies to visitors worldwide. A separate notice may apply to a future IAMxID course portal or to personal data that we process on a client's behalf under a service agreement.

Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@iamxid.org.

Our mailing address is IAMxID, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Information we collect

Information you provide: first and last name, email address, company name, any optional phone number, the subject and content of your enquiry, and the preferences or consent choices you submit. A company name is required on relevant business enquiry forms; an optional field is marked as such on the form. We may also retain correspondence sent by email or other channels.

Waitlist and subscription information: your contact details, the eBook or updates you requested, and records of your subscription, consent, delivery, and unsubscribe choices.

Website and technical information: information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, and website or form activity, as recorded by website infrastructure or technologies actually enabled on the site. HubSpot forms may process information required to operate the form. If we enable HubSpot's website tracking code, it may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. We will update our cookie information and provide controls where applicable when that tracking is activated.

Service information: information you give us when discussing or receiving our services, including project and business contact details. Information processed within a client's IAM environment is governed by the applicable client agreement and instructions where we act on that client's behalf.

Our own hosted courses and any related uploads or payment collection are not yet live. We will update this Policy before collecting learner files, CVs, course payment details, or account information through an IAMxID course platform.

How and why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries; assess requests and provide our services; manage business relationships; deliver a requested eBook or waitlist update; administer subscriptions and send communications that you have requested or agreed to receive; operate, protect, and improve our websites and forms; maintain records; and comply with applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes.

If you join an eBook waitlist, we use your email to send information directly related to that eBook, including its release and access details. Broader newsletters or promotional messages should be offered as a separate choice, unless the specific signup clearly and expressly describes the newsletter itself as the service you are subscribing to. On a contact form, marketing subscription is optional and is not required for us to answer your enquiry.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we process information to take steps you request before entering into a contract or to perform one; for our legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries, maintaining security, and running our operations where those interests are permitted and do not override your rights; to meet a legal obligation; or on the basis of your consent, particularly for optional marketing and nonessential tracking where required. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully or processing supported by another applicable basis.

You may decline to provide optional information. If you do not provide details needed to answer an enquiry or deliver a requested item, we may be unable to complete that request.

Emails and your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the Unsubscribe link in our HubSpot emails, or contact info@iamxid.org. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending a direct response to your enquiry or essential messages about a service you requested. If you want us to stop eBook waitlist updates, you can unsubscribe or email us.

Cookies and website tracking

Our websites and embedded HubSpot forms may use cookies or similar technologies needed for operation and security. We plan to enable HubSpot website tracking, which can collect usage information and place analytics cookies. The cookies used depend on the features actually installed and your consent settings. When optional tracking is enabled, we will explain those cookies and offer appropriate choices through the site's cookie controls. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect some functions.

Who receives information

We use HubSpot to receive and manage form submissions, contact records, and email communications. Relevant enquiries may also be delivered to and retained in our business email. Website and email infrastructure providers process information to host the sites and deliver communications. Our staff and authorized service providers receive access only as needed for these purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Courses offered through Udemy are hosted and paid for on Udemy. When you follow a link to a Udemy course and use its services, Udemy's own privacy information applies to the data it collects directly. If we receive learner information from Udemy, we will use it only for purposes explained at the point of collection or otherwise permitted by applicable law. We will identify any future provider for IAMxID-hosted courses and payments when that service launches.

International processing

IAMxID operates through a United States company and serves people in multiple countries. HubSpot, email, website, and other service providers may process or store personal information outside your country, including outside Saudi Arabia. We do not claim that all personal information is stored within the Kingdom. Where applicable law requires protections or conditions for an international transfer, we will apply them.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and relationship records for as long as reasonably needed to address the request, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal duties, or handle disputes. We keep subscription information while you are subscribed and may retain a limited suppression record after you unsubscribe so we can honor your choice. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or deidentify it, subject to applicable requirements and backup cycles.

Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; it does not automatically erase all contact or transaction records.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request information about our processing; access to or a copy of your personal information; correction or completion of inaccurate information; deletion when it is no longer needed; withdrawal of consent; or another right available under applicable law. You may also object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

Send requests to info@iamxid.org. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal duties or the rights of others. To stop marketing email, you may also use the unsubscribe link in the message.

Other websites and services

Our site may link to other websites, including Udemy. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. This Policy does not cover information collected directly by those sites.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or privacy practices change. The latest version will be posted on the relevant IAMxID website with a revised update date. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
